By using KhataBhai's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. KhataBhai use karne se aap in terms se bound hote hain. Agar aap agree nahi karte, toh please service use na karein.

KhataBhai provides a WhatsApp-based billing, inventory management, and customer relationship management service for small businesses in India. Our services include: • Voice-based billing creation • Photo-based inventory management • Automated payment reminders • Invoice generation and sharing • Customer credit (udaari) tracking • Staff access management (PRO feature)

To use KhataBhai, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have a valid WhatsApp account • Have legal authority to operate a business in India • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Not be previously banned from our services

When registering for KhataBhai: • You must provide accurate business and personal information • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • One WhatsApp number can only be associated with one KhataBhai account • We reserve the right to suspend accounts with suspicious activity

You agree NOT to use KhataBhai for: • Any illegal activities or fraudulent purposes • Sending spam or unsolicited messages to customers • Storing or transmitting illegal content • Attempting to hack, exploit, or damage our systems • Impersonating others or providing false information • Reselling our services without authorization • Any activity that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service

KhataBhai offers: • PRO Plan with all features included (contact us on WhatsApp for current pricing) Payment Terms: • PRO subscription is billed monthly • Payment must be made through approved payment methods (UPI, Cards, NetBanking) • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice • GST/taxes are included in displayed prices • No hidden charges

Cancellation: • You can cancel your PRO subscription anytime • Service continues until the end of the current billing period • Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation Refunds: • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days • See our detailed Refund Policy for more information

Your Data: • You retain ownership of all your business data • You can export your data at any time • Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days Our Rights: • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services • We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but: • Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance • We are not liable for WhatsApp outages or issues • We will notify users of planned maintenance in advance • Force majeure events may affect service availability

KhataBhai Ownership: • KhataBhai name, logo, and branding are our trademarks • Our software, AI models, and technology are proprietary • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software Your Content: • You retain rights to content you create using our service • You grant us license to use your content to provide services

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • KhataBhai is provided "as is" without warranties • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months • We are not responsible for customer disputes or payment collection • We are not liable for data loss due to user error

You agree to indemnify and hold KhataBhai harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: • Your violation of these Terms • Your use of the service • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any content or data you submit through the service

We may terminate or suspend your account if: • You violate these Terms of Service • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities • You fail to pay subscription fees • We are required to do so by law Upon termination: • Your access to the service will be immediately revoked • You may request export of your data within 7 days

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be: • First attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion • Subject to arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act • Governed by the laws of India • Subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India

We may update these Terms: • Changes will be posted on this page • Significant changes will be notified via WhatsApp or email • Continued use after changes implies acceptance • If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your account
